The project aimed to prepare the Development Strategies of Sołectwo, which were to be the basis for the preparation of the Development Strategy of the Kobylin Commune. Identified with social and economic development plans as well as investment plans, DSS will allow setting directions for activity in the form of objectives and operational tasks and may help choose the financial sources of projects. In other words, DSS include the bases and directions for the development of sołectwos in short- and long-time perspectives, and what follows, they will provide an opportunity for thoughtful actions of residents and commune authorities. The project was implemented in the KSOW 4/2020 competition, with the support of European Union funds as part of Scheme 2 of the Technical Assistance ‘The National Network of Rural Areas’ of the Rural Development Programme for 2014–2020.
